So for a little while I was posting some of the warm-up drawings I'd been doing. Well the past month was definitely a mess with my wife going into the hospital, having surgery, recovering, and then me having to illustrate a sh*t ton of MARVEL sketch cards that were due, I never really had much time to illustrate new warm-ups. Now that my schedule has been re-directed back on track, I'm back to doing them and figured I'd go a head and post several of the ones that I never posted here. First up a BATMAN warm-up that's already SOLD.

BATMAN IN CRIME ALLEY - SKETCH COVER ILLUSTRATION~

About a month or so ago, when in Chicago for C2E2, I did a ton of sketch commissions at the show. I rarely have the time to post them here, but if interested in seeing everything I illustrated from that show head over to my instagram and see what I did. But here's probably one of my favorite pieces I illustrated that weekend. The customer wanted Batman in crime alley on his knees holding pearls in his hand reminding him of the death of his mother and father. He mainly stated he wanted just a really nice shot of crime alley. Though it was a challenge, I did the best I could and was really happy with the turn out. Below is that illustration.
