Finishing another set of STAR WARS cards was awesome. But I think it was signing the 100+ holograms to be placed on the back of all the chrome cards is something that made it seem more real for me~

STAR WARS - SNEAK PEEK
So I stated a few weeks ago when I started showing the Star Wars Illustrated Cards that I was also lucky enough to be invited in to working on another Star Wars set. I can't really show anything I've worked on yet for it nor really go into detail on everything with it, but I thought I'd at least show everyone a peek at what the cards look like. All I can really say is this set is going to be really awesome and what TOPPS is doing with them is something amazing.

STAR WARS CARDS - PT.1
So after completing my cards for Mars Attacks I was offered the chance and honor to work on Star Wars. It truly was one of the coolest gigs I've been offered so far from any company. The set centered only around Episode IV: A New Hope, so I was confined to only the characters and situations from that film. Due to the deadline and the large amount of comic conventions I had lined up vastly approaching, I was really only able to scan only the six cards I was allowed to keep. I did manage to at least snap several pictures before shipping them out and took some video of them all thats posted up on instagram. Click on the link below to check out the video:
